All About Fish

Flounder is our Daily Catch of the Day. Flounder has a very delicate texture, and a mild, slightly sweet flavor.

Wreckfish is one of our seasonal "Deep Water Catches". We can even show you the boat that went offshore and caught it! This fish is similar to a grouper in taste and texture (large, white flakes and mild flavor)

Golden Tilefish is another seasonal "Deep Water Catch"! Our boats go offshore on the Atlantic Coast to catch these beauts! These fish are low in fat (major plus!) and have a delicate, sweet flavor similar to a crab or lobster.

Vermilion Snapper are a seasonal "Deep Water Catch" as well caught off our Atlantic Coast. These fish are mild with a slightly sweet flavor that just melts in your mouth!
